ITINERARY:

Day 01: Puno – La Paz – Uyuni
5:00am This tour begins with pickup from your hotel in Puno and Bus Transportation to head to the city of La Paz.
Arrival in La Paz and City Tour cableway.
9:00pm Bus Transportation (Sofa bed seats) from La Paz to Uyuni (09 hours)

Day 02: Arrival and Tour Uyuni Salt flat

10:30am The tour begins with a visit to the Train Cemetery, which are remains of machinery dating from the late 19th century. After 30 minutes you will visit Colchani, a small town where you will observe the salt collection process and craft shops made from salt, then get ready to see the wonderful salt flat of Uyuni that has more than 10,000 square kilometers, inside the Salar you will appreciate the Salt Piles, then you will see the first and only Salt Hotel (Museum) inside the salt flat, continuing with the tour you will go directly to Inca-wasi Island where you will see giant cactus, petrified coral rock formations and a spectacular panoramic view of the Salt flat, in this place you will enjoy your lunch. Returning to Uyuni you will enjoy the landscape in the middle of the salt flat, in the afternoon appreciate the sunset and dinner
Night Transportation back to La Paz.

Day 03: La Paz – Copacabana and Tour Sun island – Puno
Arrival to La Paz and transportation to the town of Copacabana, located 151 km away. 3 and a half hours trip, the road borders Lake Titicaca with an impressive view of the Cordillera Real, arrival in Copacabana and guided visit to the church and chapel of candles.
After lunch we will go to the dock and take the boat to Sun island; We arrive at the southern part, where you will visit the archaeological remains of “Pilkokaina -Temple of the Inca, then a short walk along the Yumani stairs until we reach the fountain of Youth, there you can purify yourself by receiving a little of the sacred water and we will also enjoy the beauty of that beautiful Inca garden. Then we return to Copacabana.
5:00pm Bus transportation to Puno (or La Paz). End of services.
